Tincture of Iodine
Hello, Is it ok to ingest Tincture of Iodine or is it for external use only?

I know it can be confusing to understand. Tincture of Iodine is for external use only and is an antiseptic.
It is labeled with a skull and crossbones. The skull and crossbones is to put you on notice that this is potentially a poison.
