I was diagnosed 5 years ago with a low thyroid. I had anxiety and was losing my hair. My temperature is low. Usually below 97.6.
5 Years later I am taking medication for all of the above and I am still losing my hair, have a low thyroid and a low temperature.
I have come to the conclusion that there is no cure for any of my problems. I really don't know what to do.
Any ideas?
RESPONSE
Yes, I have an idea. Read everything you can find about low thyroid and iodine deficiency. Read this site.
Consider taking an iodine supplement. Don't give up hope. Your problem is fixable.
Remember, depression is one of the symptoms of iodine deficiency.
